I’m Alexandria Bailey, a Registered Nurse and the founder of Aura Aesthetics. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and am actively pursuing my Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner to further expand my clinical expertise and scope of practice. With a foundation in emergency medicine at a Level I Trauma Center, I bring years of high-acuity clinical experience, a steady hand, and an unwavering commitment to safety to every aesthetic procedure. I am certified in Botulinum Toxin A and Dermal Fillers and maintain active certifications in BLS, PALS, and TNCC through the American Heart Association and the Emergency Nurses Association. My practice is rooted in precision because in aesthetics, subtle refinements often create the most meaningful transformations. I value open, honest communication and take the time to understand your goals, set realistic expectations, and guide you through every step with clarity and care. Cancellation Policy
Aura Aesthetics LLC – Booking & Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with Aura Aesthetics LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding deposits, cancellations, payments, and late arrivals. This agreement applies to all appointments scheduled through our online booking system.

Deposits & Payments
• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card information is stored securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
• Certain services (including neurotoxin, dermal filler, and select specialty treatments) require a non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.
• Your card may also be used for service/product payments, cancellation or no-show fees, and outstanding balances.
• Your card will never be charged without notice, except as outlined in this policy.
• The card used at the time of booking will remain on file unless removal is requested.

Cancellations & No-Shows
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
• Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice (without a documented medical exemption) will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
• If a deposit was placed, the $50 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward any cancellation fee owed.

Late Arrivals
• Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. In such cases, the cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
• If time allows, we may shorten your treatment to accommodate, but full treatment time is not guaranteed.

Product Sales
• Due to health and safety regulations, all product sales are final once seals are broken or packaging is opened. Returns are not accepted on opened or used products.
